Terms of Service

Effective date: February 20, 2026

Perry Promo Packs is a service provided by Perry Trenton LLC ("we," "us"). By purchasing a service or submitting an intake form, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

Perry Promo Packs provides content production services (e.g., social posts, story graphics, captions, flyers, and short promo videos depending on the package). We deliver creative assets for you to post.

2) No posting / no performance guarantees

  • We do not post to your accounts or manage your social media.

  • We do not guarantee results, performance, reach, sales, or engagement.

3) Communication

Calls are not required. Communication is asynchronous via email and/or text.

4) Delivery schedule (Monthly packages)

All times are Pacific Time.

  • Weekly inputs due: Sundays by 6:00 PM

  • Weekly drop delivered: Mondays by 2:00 PM

If payment and required assets/inputs are received after Sunday 6:00 PM, the first weekly drop is delivered the following Monday.

5) 48‑Hour Promo Pack delivery

All times are Pacific Time. Weekends and holidays are excluded.

The 48‑Hour Promo Pack is delivered within 48 business hours after payment + intake + required assets are received.

6) Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Monthly packages: 1 revision is included per weekly drop.

  • 48‑Hour Promo Pack: 1 revision is included per pack.

Additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

7) Client responsibilities (assets and approvals)

You are responsible for providing accurate information, required assets (photos, logos, offers, dates), and timely feedback. Delivery timelines start only after required assets are received.

8) Refunds & cancellations

Because services are custom digital content production:

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started (including planning, drafting, or design work).

  • 48‑Hour Promo Pack: If required intake/assets are not submitted within 7 days of purchase, the order is closed and no refund is provided.

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal. No refunds are provided for a billing period once work has started for that period.

9) Payment failures and disputes

If a subscription payment is past due or a dispute is opened, production may be paused or stopped until the account is resolved.

10) Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered creative assets for your business marketing. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any materials you provide (photos, logos, trademarks).

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perry Trenton LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
